Payment by cash is not accepted
Payment by cash is not accepted at Karlstad CCC. Payment can be made either by credit cards or Swish.
The purpose of eliminating cash is to improve safety for customers and staff as well as contribute to a better environment by reducing the number of transports.
Seating plan
Your ticket shows your seat number for the event. When you arrive at Karlstad CCC, why not leave your things in the cloakroom and then take your seat or enjoy some delicious refreshments? The lift can be found to the right of the escalator. Click here for a seating plan.
Cloakroom
Cloakroom facilities are adjacent to the entrance (in some cases on each floor) and cost SEK 25. Coats, etc. are not permitted in the auditorium, for reasons of security and comfort.
Food and beverage at events
Concert platter
Our concert platter can be ordered up until 12:00 on the day prior to the performance. For weekend performances, the platter can be ordered up until 12:00 on the preceding Thursday. Our concert platter is served 90 minutes prior to the start of the performance. For booking and further information, check the details for the specific event.
Delicious interval refreshments
Our bars are open and offer light refreshments and drinks prior to events. We also sell advance tickets for our interval coffee and wine lounges – perfect for those who like to avoid queues. Our coffee lounge offers coffee, tea, juice and two kinds of pastries. Our wine lounge serves wine/beer and canapés. Naturally our bars also sell drinks, sandwiches, pastries and sweets before concerts and in the interval.

You will find a lift to the right of the escalator in the foyer.
Wheelchair spaces
Karlstad CCC’s wheelchair spaces can be booked via Scalateatern +46 (0)54-19 00 80. Complimentary entry for one companion.
Disabled toilets
Toilets with space for a wheelchair can be found on every floor.
Disabled parking
Our car park has four disabled parking spaces, just in front of the main entrance. There are an additional two spaces in front of the main entrance to the First Hotel River C. Please note that a disabled parking permit is required.
For visitors with impaired vision
Event hosts can provide assistance in finding your seat. Please contact reception prior to the event to let them know that you require assistance.
