Karlstad CCC is a modern congress centre with capacity for a total of 4,500 visitors, including 1,620 in our biggest hall alone. The centre opened in 2011 and since then has hosted almost 3,000 meetings and several hundred commercial events. We aim high when it comes to service, hosting duties, customer satisfaction and quality. We can currently boast a customer satisfaction rate of 97 %, and an average mark of 4.86 out of 5 for service and interaction.
The genuine “Sola i Karlstad”, Eva-Lisa Holtz, showed such warm hospitality that she is still remembered today and also gave rise to perhaps the best-known symbol of the city.
